We are allowed to collect, process and use your data within the framework of statutory laws. The website, amongst others, provides comprehensive information on privacy issues. Please find outlined below what information we collect during your visit of our website and how it is used.

Collection and processing of data, including personal data 

Every time a user accesses a page of and pulls data, received data is stored in a log file. This is exclusively for internal system-related and statistical purposes. Specifically, the following record is saved with each request:

  • Name of the file,
  • Date and time of request,
  • Amount of data transferred,
  • Notification of whether the transfer was successful,
  • Description of the browser used and the requesting domain..

Personal information such as your name, address, telephone number or email address is not collected unless you provide this information voluntarily, for example by registering, taking a survey or requesting information.

Use and disclosure of personal data

As you have provided us with personal data, we use it solely for the purpose of technical administration of our website and to fulfill your requests and requirements, in particular for the processing of and response to your questions.

We do not transfer, sell or disclose your personal data to third parties. Exceptions are made for a disclosure or communication, if:

  • It is necessary to process your inquiry. It may be necessary, for example, that we must check submitted data for correctness upon registration of a new user. This can be done at high volume by a service provider to whom we disclose the data;
  • You have previously agreed.

You have the right to revoke such consent at any time which remains effective in the future.

The deletion of personal data will occur:

  • if you revoke your consent to storage,
  • if your knowledge to meet the objective purpose of saving your personal data is no longer required, or
  • if the storage is inadmissible for other legal reasons..


This website uses Piwik, an open source software for statistical analysis of visitor traffic. Piwik uses so-called ‘cookies’ which are text files saved to your computer that allow an analysis of your website use. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is stored on the provider's server in Germany. The IP address is being anonymized immediately after processing and prior to storage. You can prevent the installation of cookies by adjusting your browser software accordingly (see the right column of this page for further information on this option). We would like to point out, however, that in this case you may not be able to use all features of our website.

Right to Information  

Upon written request, we will gladly inform you which of your personal data we have stored (e.g. name, address, telephone number, birth date).

Automatically collected non-personal data, creation of cookies, utilities, active content

When you access our websites (i.e. not via registration), the system automatically generates information that cannot be assigned to a specific person (e.g. the browser or operating system used, the domain name of the website which links to our website, number of visits, average time spent, pages viewed). We use this information to improve the appearance of our site, to update it and to increase its appeal.

When you visit our site / sites, it may be that information is stored on your computer in form of so-called ‘cookies’ that allows us to recognize your computer next time you visit our home page. 

Among other things, cookies enable us to adapt the website to your wishes or to save your password so that you do not have to enter it every time.

If you do not want information about your computer to be recognized, please configure your Internet browser so that cookies from your computer hard drive are deleted, blocked or that you receive a warning before a cookie is stored.

If you leave our website through a link or by clicking on banner advertising on our site and then get to another website, it may also be that the new landing page uses cookies. We are not legally responsible for these cookies. For the use of such cookies and the information stored by the operator of the destination site, please read their privacy policies.

To operate this website, Java applets, Active X controls and Java script are used. If for security reasons you do not want to use these tools or active contents, you should deactivate the appropriate settings in your browser.
